Frequently Asked Questions

1) "How will my purchased art be packaged? What are your shipping terms?"

All small paper-based pieces will be wrapped with love, sent to you in a clear recycled-plastic sleeve, and will be backed with recycled cardboard. Any larger scale print will be sent to you in a cardboard shipment tube to ensure safe travel.

Canvas originals will be safely packaged accordingly or delivered by hand. Shipment costs will be determined based on the mode of transport.

At checkout you will have three options for shipping: without tracking, with tracking, and local pickup. It is recommended that tracking is attached to any original paintings or purchases outside of Canada.

2) "How do I order a commissioned piece of artwork from you?"

Pop over to the "Commissions Info" page on this website (found at the very bottom). There, you will find all the answers you need. If not, send me a message and I will ensure your questions and queries are answered!

3) "I'd love to have a mural painted in my space, how does that work?"

If you scroll down to the bottom of the main page and select the "Mural Information" icon, there I explain the process. Again, if not all your questions are answered, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

4) "How often do you update your shop?

Every few weeks I will provide shop updates with new stock. This can vary between fine art prints or original. Notifications of these updates will be primarily promoted on my Instagram Page. I live up in the Yukon Territory, where there are no fine art printers to my standard, so I must order from a larger centre and get them shipped up to Whitehorse. This may take a week or two after ordering.

5) How long will it take to recieve my item(s)?"

Expect your purchased piece(s) to arrive between 2-3 weeks after ordering.

If local pickup is of choice, ensure to choose that option at check-out. I will follow-up with you via e-mail to arrange a pick up date and time.

6) Why are you prints more expensive compared to other artists prints offered online?

I take pride in my work, and ensuring you recieve the best quality piece of my art. I get my prints developed by a high-quality Vancouver print-shop on professional quality fine art paper. In addition, being situated so far north, I pay for these to be shipped up to me before I send them out to you.

7) "How can I care for my art?"

For any original pieces, handle with clean hands and avoid placing them in the direct long-standing sunlight. I coat my original canvases with a UV protectant spray, however for best long-term results, they are best hung in a semi-sun lit environment.

Framed prints are best preserved with UV protectant glass (typically found at framing stores, such as Micheals or Opus), however, IKEA frames work just as well (just ensure to keep out of direct sunlight).

8) "Where can I see more of your creations and/or art in person?"

I post most updated pieces and current workings on my Instagram Page.

To see some of my work in-person, you can find me at these local favourites:
