"It's around the tallest peaks where I feel the smallest. It's also the place where I feel most at peace with myself. In our busy lives, I find it a challenge to make space for this feeling living in the city. Part of the reason why I yearn to situate myself in these peaceful, forested places is because it brings me back down to my root, grounds and centres."
