"I sketched the draft of this piece on a ski tour out in the south coastal mountains we have here close to home. I remember the day so vividly. We skinned up to the top of Hollyburn, skied a line to the meadow, continued up to the top of Mt. Strachan and skied out from there. Beautiful memories with beautiful views and friends."
