"Mt. Ymir is situated in the east Kootenays of British Columbia. Nestled beside the town of Nelson, BC, its monumental peak towers the valley. Painting sunrises and sunsets are both favourite times of day I like to capture in my pieces. You'll notice that in most acrylic pieces. I like to think it's because both times represent positive things: a new day to come, or another beautiful day we lived."
